Roll-Out & Roll-Back Management

With our roll-back solution we take care of the entire return effort of your IT-landscape, from PCs to comprehensive storage solutions. We organize the professional dismantling on site, transportation and data deletion as well as all tasks associated with the return of your used equipment.

In view of our integrated approach, we can also offer you our roll-out management. In this case EURATECH will prepare your new equipment for use in your offices, including transport to the workplace and setup on site. We check all delivered components and arrange them according to the roll-out plan and their respective location and workplaces. We will also install your individual soft and hardware package, take care of logistics to the workplaced and setup your equipment on site. At the same time, the equipment selected for return is dismantled and processed. Thereby, we avoid unnecessary downtime of used equipment, undeleted data carriers and the information on them.

You will benefit from substantially less effort in terms of coordinating various service providers and conserve your internal resources. Our integrated concept of roll-out and roll-back solutions guarantees quick, secure and efficient handling from a single source, even outside of normal office hours. With EURATECH you only have one contact, that is always there for you.

Stocktaking and Inventory including Evaluation

When planning the replacement of existing workplace systems and the associated peripheries (monitors, printers, etc.), one of the biggest challenges is determine the current stock of installed products and their market value. This is compounded by the fact that the current value of the existing infrastructure is often a contributing factor in the decision to replace equipment. Often the equipment value is higher than anticipated and additional funds can be procured by selling it.

EURATECH supports you in stocktaking/inventory including the common technical parameters to enable you to reliably plan in terms of your used products. To keep costs at a minimum, we will use network-based solutions whenever possible. Finally, you will be provided with a technical evaluation and an evaluation of your equipment's current value. With that you can make a precise choice on which parts of your IT-landscape to replace.

Logistics Concept

Using an extensive, international and flexible logistics concept, we have been meeting our client's requirements in terms of logistical challenges involving IT-products and roll-out projects for more than 10 years. Whether it's the local replacement of workplace systems in an office building on a weekend, or a comprehensive asset management solution for a global customer - "Thinking in smarter Solutions." is our promise to our customers. And at the end, the only thing that counts is our customers' satisfaction.

Starting with the punctual delivery of new systems at each of your employee's workplaces to transport-safe packing of your used equipment and the associated security transport pursuant to BSI-recommendations as well as certified data deletion at your premises.

Using the appropriate transport and packing equipment, our experienced employees ensure optimal treatment of your products at all times and thereby prevent transport damages due to insufficient packing, loss of undeleted data carriers or additional costs due to insufficient project control. At the same time you will be regularly updated with details on the state of activities and have a precise understanding of where your equipment is currently located.

Remarketing

Whether it's used IT-products that are no longer required, leasing or other returns - almost always such equipment possesses a residual value. With its international distribution network and product specialists EURATECH supports you in the optimal marketing of used IT-devices, across the whole range from PC to mainframe unit. We offer three options to ensure optimum return on value:

  • We sell the merchandise on your behalf at a determined brokerage fee
  • We sell your products on commission basis and a pre-determined revenue share
  • We buy your IT-equipment at a fixed price and assume the complete marketing risk

No matter which model you choose, all sales-related tasks including customer service, transport and warranty processing will be handled by us, as part of our remarketing portfolio. Detailed test and audit reports providing all technical details and prices of the equipment will form the basis of our billing. Therefore, you will be able to see the composition of revenues for each unit and maintain absolute security right to the end of the process.

Employee Sales and Donation Programs

Would you like to offer your old IT-equipment to your employees for affordable prices or donate it to charitable organizations? EURATECH takes care of the professional reworking including data deletion and, if required, the installation of software and extensions, the provision of a web portal for a employee sales program, the sale, customer service, logistics and shipping.

Selling or donating equipment through EURATECH ensures that your company doesn't enter into any warranty obligations through the sale to private people, plus you don't have to worry about payments or technical support. Use EURATECH's experience for your good reputation.

Trade-In Programs

Wherever new equipment is bought, used equipment is present, too.

An active trade-in program offers return and recycling of products, but also provides an opportunity to offer an added benefit to your customers. Increase your sales by accepting your customers' used products, thereby providing them with additional funds to buy your products, while offering a reliable solution for the processing of used systems and data carriers.

With more than 10 years of experience in this area, we will support you in running such programs. We take care of picking up the IT-equipment at your client's site. We test the equipment and determine its current value. In addition we safely delete your client's data (e.g. pursuant to BSI M2.167 or DoD 5220.22-M) and provide you with all the necessary information about the accepted used equipment.

We also offer you a platform for actively marketing your trade-in program and maintain it. Handling of payments to your customers as well as environmentally compatible disposal of non-marketable products is also part of our portfolio.

Recycling

We also offer a safe solution for defective devices and components, thereby completing our integrated return concept. Starting from the purchase of used IT-equipment to trade-in programs and services as well as disposal - EURATECH has the right solution and offers security with more than 10 years of experience.

As a certified disposal expert company pursuant to §52 KrW-/AbfG and participant of the Bavarian Environmental Pact, a sustainable economy is a central point of our business. Particularly the handling of used and defective IT-equipment requires a high degree of responsibility and security, not least because of the data involved. Data carriers from defective devices as well as defective hard drives are subjected to the same data security process as functional systems.

We practice an environmental management system pursuant to DIN ISO 14001 and comply with WEEE requirements (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive).
